You do not have to be moving yet. A good share of what we answer comes from people at the offer stage trying to work out whether their furniture will fit the next house at all.

Not sure it will fit?

Send the dimensions of the new hall, the stair turn and the widest doorway, along with the pieces you are worried about. That is a more answerable question than it sounds and we will give you a straight yes or no on each one.

Comparing quotes?

Ask every firm how many vehicles your furniture will be on and whether the crew who load it are the crew who unload it. On a long move those two questions explain most of the difference between figures.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
